This is an invitation from Sarah Chou, the EVP of CTCI toastmaster club.
(I remember that Dr. Chao Huang belongs to this club ,too.)
Dear all,
Our installation ceremony will be held on Monday, July 2, 19:00 after the
83rd meeting that will be held on the same day 18:00. Please see the
attached agenda for the details. Welcome to join us and it will be our big
honor for your attendance.

Meeting Venue: 14F, No.77, Sec.2, Tun-Hwa S. Road, Taipei, Taiwan
They have normal meeting process from 18:00 to 19:00, and then they have
interesting installation ceremony, with games and dancing performance...
etc.
