The answer is 內三合：心與意合，意與氣合，氣與力合， 外三合：肩與胯合，肘與膝合，手與足合。 內三合與外三合總稱六合。 If you read the book "形意拳指引" written by our teacher, you can find it. However, the book is out of print.
