Conference outline/structure. 3. Step by step solution. WHO's gonna do WHAT and HOW? 4. Try leaving a question or request replies at the end of your speach. This helps everyone acquire information efficiently and faciliate progress. eg."We fully support X's idea. Have we reached a consensus in this conference room?" eg. "....We would like to hear opinions from xxxx." eg. "...If we cannot reach consensus here, can we move on to deal with xxx first?" 5. Don't ask others to contribute to the solution when you have nothing done yet. At least, think about what SPECIFIC thing you can do. "We can help."is NOT specific and therefore meaningless. 6.
