DR 1.1 Country Signature: Greece, Germany, Pakistan, USA, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Russia, The NATO, Recognizing the ongoing problems of opium, warlords, and unstablized government, Noting with approval past NATO actions in Afghanistan, Fully believing that further cooperation between neighboring countries with more similar background and NATO can bring a more stablized situation in Afghanistan, Bearing in mind Afghanistan's islamic religion, culture and its sovereignty, Having considered the voices of people in Afghanistan, 1. Calls for the equal cooperation of neighboring countries of Afghanistan with the NATO forces already present in Afghanistan; 2. Requests the formation of military academies in order to train local Afghanis to strengthen the Afghan National Army; 3. Unites all cooperating countries to send military personnel to participate in military activities; 4. Supports legalizing opium for medical use and gradually lessening Afghani reliance on opium trade by: i. Replacing poppy seeds crops with other crops; ii. Supporting the purchase of the replacement crops with the same price as the poppy seeds; iii. Coming up with concrete plans of forming direct relations with poppy seed farmers so the profit will go to the Afghan government instead of the warlords; iv. Supervising the flow of money from the legal opium trade in Afghanistan by the United Nations; 5. Establishes an organization under UN to monitor democratic election and transparent public policy of Afghanistan; 6. Urges NATO troops present in Afghanistan to be self-diciplined and not act against Afghanistan people's good. --
