請就文章延展，以以下三個問題的方向先思考。
1. The last few paragraphs of the article mentioned "sealing the border
tightly" and "price of keeping people out." If you were the government of an
emigration country, what would be effective ways to "seal your border?" What
price would you have to pay for it?
2. For the emigration countries, what would be the pros and cons of the
migration flow? (Please try to come up with something out of the article)
3. Taiwan is flooded by immigrants. As a citizen of it, please think up
some pros and cons of those migrants. Moreover, how could you take advantage
of this flow?
