The main responsibility for research associates is to assist analysts building and regularly updating financial models and collecting macro/industry/company data as well as to work on various analytical projects. Requirements: * Bachelor degree or above with concentration on Finance, Accounting and Economics. * Sell-side or buy-side equity research experience (full-time/internship) is preferred * Efficient information/data gathering (primary & secondary), logical reasoning and Excel modeling skills * Highly motivated, self-starter who is committed to developing a long-term career in equity investment. * An open, embracing attitude toward learning about new industries and emerging market trends.
