Ø Application Periods : November 15, 2010 – December 10, 2010 Ø Place: Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand Ø Acceptance Notification : 19th December 2010 Ø payment : Within 2 weeks of notice (2nd January 2011). Day 1, 26th January: Pre-Conference The participants will arrive at the Suvarnabhumi Airport. Our staffs with CUIC banner will be waiting for the participants at the exit. CUIC shuttle-bus service will bring participants from the airport to the hotel. During this day, participants will join a little ice-breaking activity and pre-suggestion for the second day. Day 2, 27th January: All participants will be on a Bangkok and Campus tour all day long. In the evening, the welcome party will be held at a Thai classic style building at Chulalongkorn University. Day 3, 28th January: The conference begins with our opening remark followed by a thirty-minute session of keynote speech. Then, the first session of the seminar will be launched by notable speakers. After lunch, there will be the second session of the seminar. The first workshop will be conducted before dinner. At the end of the day, a cultural-exchange will be held, offering participants the oppurtunity to learn more about culture of other countriers through cultural night and farewell party. Day 4, 29thJanuary: Morning begins with the third session of the seminar relevant to the topic, followed by workshop discussions before lunch. The afternoon session will consist of the last discussion and group presentation. By the end of the day, a cultural-exchange activity will be held in order for the participants to learn more about cultures of one another’s through the cultural night and farewell party.
