Since the day for the event is still very far
I was thinking we meet and discuss what to buy for the decorations on Tuesday
December 23rd during lunch hour
so please note the date and make sure you avail yourself.
Inform all your team about the proposed date for our first meeting.
Meanwhile we can all be listing down notes on what we think we should buy
for the decorations
