There are altogether five sporting events and a fancy dress competition. For the five different sports namely: Football, Volley Ball, Basket ball, Table-Tennis and Badminton, we (NTUFSA) need to select the team to participate in the various events. Maximum an individual player can register is for two sports, and games like volleyball, badminton, table-tennis and basketball will be open to ladies too. Hence, we at NTUFSA request our friends to register their names and their interested sports. We are looking for an option to secure sponsorship for our dress from a private company. If this deal can be finalized we will have a team jersey. The number of players for each game is seven, three, six and five for football, basketball, volleyball, table-tennis and badminton respectively. The last three games has mandatory at least two female team members. For, the funny games event, we will choose five gents and two ladies to compete. There is an open “Fancy Dress” competition, which will be held on the last part of the sports event and is open to all. We have a deadline to submit the name list, that being latest by 15-11-2004. Once we will have your confirmation, you can contact any one from NTUFSA to obtain further information. Please write an email to the president or sports-coordinator of NTUFSA, to inquire about the practice and team selection. Please fill in your name, preferred sports and contact email in the table on the next page. ** NB: A participant can only register for a maximum of two events only.
