本週meeting的case
1 year 7 month girl had fever on and off for 1 week
10/12: rhinorrhea(+), yellowish
fever(-), cough(-)
activity and appetite: fair
10/14: cough with yellowish sputum
fever: 38.5oC
=>10/15: went to 耕辛H, diagnosis was acute tonsilitis
給抗生素(unknown) but still fever
10/17: severe cough and dyspnea(+)
appetite and activity decreased
=>came to our ER
PE: coarse breath sound over bilateral lung
throat: injected
ear-drum: cerumen(+)
CXR: bilateral increase infiltration
WBS:10.07K/uL, Seg:63%, CRP:0.3
Impression: r/o bronchopneumonia or acute sinusitis
