標題[兒科] NICU intern note

未來要run到NICU的同學寫intern note不必辛苦地押計算機啦...
小弟寫了一個intern note的excel檔,
已經存在NICU的電腦裡, 檔名是"intern note ed 1.3"
以後只要將小朋友的數據Key進去, (體重,feeding量,IV量...)
他就會幫你算好Calori了 :)
我這個週日值NICU/BR/NOR 8:00~20:00,
下週到NICU的同學可以來找我示範使用方法,
