標題[研究] 有沒有人對 lithography hotspots post-fix/routing 有興趣

我想作 lithography hotspots aware routing
和 post-layout wire perturbation/sizing for lithography hotspots
目前已有一些初步想法，有沒有人要和我合作...
(如果之後還有跟umc合作的話，可以順便接umc的計畫)
