要給 session chair 介紹用的，這樣寫好不好 :)
Huang-Yu Chen received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from
National Tsing-Hua University, Taiwan, in 2004.
Currently, he is working toward the Ph.D. degree in Electronics Engineering
at the National Taiwan University.
His research interestings focus on large-scale routing considering nanometer
electrical effects and design for manufacturability.
