When Sunday comes, we will first warm up then do something
that make you shout fuck loud.
The following are the menu for we to enjoy:
1.蹲 together for 1 min.
2.仰臥起坐 上身30 下身15
3.伏地挺身20
4.跳大腿10下 然後往前衝到底線
5.踢屁股10下
------------------Do the above twice----------
6.兩人連續低手對墊100下
7.四人跑動傳球連續200下
8*.折返跑(底線到三米線)十五趟(來回算一趟)
*We can do #8 on Thursday after the lights turned off
After the Big Forestry Cup, everyone knows more about yourself.
"You have to conquer your own weakness!!"
Practicing together is a time that we have to cherish and make most of it.
That is, we can sharpen our skill privately.
