以下這是汪治平這次期中考比較簡單的一題
A cable of infinite length is made of two parallel thin wire of diameter d.
The separation between the wire is D, where d<<D. What is the inductance per
unit length? What is the capacitance per unit length? In this problem we
assume the wires have no resistance.
