★電影誠徵演員 《Mei (美)》是一部以35mm底片拍攝的15分鐘電影短片， 為美國南加大USC研究所的陳同學Arvin，即將在台灣拍攝製作的畢業論文片。 因為劇情需要，我們急需徵求對於表演有興趣的人，能加入拍攝的行列。 只要你對於演戲有興趣都可以聯絡我們，安排試鏡。謝謝！ ※正式拍攝期預計在3/1~3/15之間，拍攝地點集中在大台北地區，有微薄酬勞。 【故事大綱】 故事的主要場景發生在台灣的傳統夜市裡。 男主角是一位個性靦腆的年輕人「堅」，他在夜市的傳統麵攤上工作， 已經暗戀麵攤老板的女兒很久了，他一直隱藏著對「美」的感情， 直到得知她想要離開台北。麵攤老板的女兒「美」 因為長期在麵攤工作而受到外國顧客的影響，一直夢想著未來可以在美國生活。 (美的母親也因為不喜歡麵攤工作而離開了美的父親「盧」) 「堅」必須決定是要表達對「美」的愛意以留下她，或者是放手讓她離開這裡。 【人物介紹】 男主角/堅：20-24歲，出身於一個勞工家庭，在「盧」的麵攤上工作， 外表看起來順眼而誠懇，個性靦腆、安靜、敏感，對男女情感的表達很保守。 女主角/美：20-24歲，漂亮迷人，工作上接觸外國人而莫名所以地嚮往去美國生活， 成天做夢而不專心於工作，是麵攤老板「盧」的獨生女兒。 男配角/盧：45-50歲，在傳統夜市裡經營麵攤，工作時很嚴肅，舉止草莽而直率， 略帶權威式的台灣典型傳統父親，舉止裡隱藏著深沈的悲哀。 電影網站：http://www.meimovie.com/ 詳情請洽：製片/林英作 0968-659-886 (Please phone for details：Producer/Lin Ying Tso) ◎以下為英文說明 SYNOPSIS: Mei is 15 minutes USC Graduate Thesis Film that will be shot on 35mm. The film takes place in the nightmarkets, and centers on Jian, a shy young man that works in a local noodle shop. Jian has for a long time been in love with Mei, the daughter of the stand's lonely owner. Though Jian has always kept his affections hidden from her, things change when he discovers she is about to leave Taipei. Mei has long had dreams of living in America, inspired by the tourists that come through the stand daily. Jian must decide if he will finally reveal his feelings to her to keep her from leaving, or to let her go... BREAKDOWNS: Jian (20-24): Quiet, keeps his emotions hidden. Very observant. Good-looking but shy. From a working class family. Mei (20-24): Pretty and charming, but is never focused on her work. A dreamer. Also from a working class family. Lu (45-50): Very stern and outgoing (loud) when he is working, fatherly, has a quiet sadness that he keeps hidden. --
