標題[問題]connection problem

sorry mates, need a little bit advice here.
starting from about 2 this afternoon, i have been having difficulties
connecting to some particular websites. the strange thing is, i can connect
to local websites without any problem. but the foreign ones seem to have
been lost. . . . . : (
is there any reason to it? now i can't even play Guild Wars!! yea, i know,
not a priority. . . .but it still bothers!!!
please help, anyone?
