本篇是前天11F違反會客規定事件處理說明。
輔導員今天下午已經約談相關人員：
1.違反會客規定讓訪客進出的住宿生
2.違反會客規定進出的訪客（同為研三舍胞）
輔導員在面談中了解事件經過，
當場依據宿舍管理辦法規勸告誡，
依事件處理程序開給二位學生書面警告單，
並通知系所導師協助關心。
肇事學生保證將配合遵守宿舍規定，
另請輔導員協助貼上道歉聲明如下：

Kindly accept my sincere and heartfelt apology for any inconvenience
rendered by having allowed visitation beyond stipulated hours. If anyone felt
uncomfortable or disrespected, know that it was not my intention.
I was not aware of the dissatisfaction caused.
