標題[公告] 關門聲響議題調查-第一階段(填寫截止5/7)

問卷說明：
各位舍胞們大家好：
本議題分兩階段調查，目前為第一階段問卷調查--先收集意見，
後續會再有第二階段問卷調查--表決可行作法。
以往不論是透過舍胞大會、批批踢或是輔導員等溝通管道，
常常有同學反映有部分舍胞關門聲音太大或有甩門的問題。
過去針對此議題的處理，大致有三種：
1. 在寢室門把上方貼上標語，提醒同學要輕聲關門。
2. 輔導員每學期都會寄信提醒所有住宿同學。
3. 舍胞反應/檢舉特定關門音量較大的寢室，輔導員各別規勸，嚴重者甚至開警告單。
但常常聽到關門聲響後，同學們出去走廊察看卻找不到是哪間寢室。
因此，輔導員設計了一款門飾；當有人關門力道較大時，
其他人可以觀察門飾的擺動，然後前往規勸或是告知輔導員。

因此，輔導員與生治會想要藉由問卷調查了解目前在各樓層的關門音量狀況
以及影響同學們的程度大小，並了解舍胞們關於此議題的想法；
接著再進行第二階段的問卷，討論是否可以藉由在門外加裝門飾，
或其他可行方式，提醒同學輕聲關門而降低關門音量過大的發生頻率。
若舍胞們有任何意見，也歡迎在問卷中提出討論！

Dear residents:
This is the first section of the whole survey. We will collect
residents' opinions first. The second section of the survey
will invite residents to vote for a practicable solution.
Many residents say that they have been disturbed by the sound of door slam.
Dorm directors have implemented 3 ways of dealing with this problem:
1. Put a notice on the doorknob to remind residents of softly closing the door.
2. Send e-mails to all the residents about related issues.
3. Advise to the residents who have slammed the door.
However, when residents hears the sound of door slam, they cannot tell
which room has produced the sound.
Thus, dorm directors design a door decoration and residents can find out
which room by observing its swing.

directors' office!
Dorm directors and student committee want to know how often this
condition happens and residents’ opinions, then we will hold
the next section of survey to make the decision.
