<公告> 宿舍寒假須知 Notice for the winter vacation

親愛的舍胞，大家好^^
學期即將結束，寒假即將到來；年節返鄉前，請同學留意以下公告
及提醒：
1.離舍時請將貴重物品請攜帶回家，或委託郵局、台北同學保管，
以免遺失。
2.回家前請將電腦、桌燈電源關閉，拔掉插頭，關閉窗戶；各房間
最後離舍同學請將寢室燈光關閉，鎖好門後再離去。
3.留舍過年同學可登記參加住服組貼心安排的除夕(1月22日)圍爐
餐會，請於1月16日前於電梯佈告欄登記。
4.地下室餐廳1月21休業至29日，30日起恢復營業。
5.統一超商自1月20日 18:00至1月30日07:00暫停營業。
6.1月30日至2月2日，整修廠商將全面更換書桌插座，作業期程
如下：
1月30日(一) 10、11樓
1月31日(二) 8、9樓
2月 1日(三) 6、7樓
2月 2日(四) 2、4、5樓
7.目前宿舍仍在整修廠商驗收及保固階段，寢室內若有需要修繕的
問題，如：滲水、壁癌、蚊帳掛勾脫落，請儘速回信告知，以利
寒假期間安排修繕。
8.進入寢室修繕的部分，將照例由輔導員或宿舍工友陪同，請同學
放心。
9.1月31日(二) 08:00-12:00宿舍將停水，進行水塔清洗與消毒。

Dear residents:
This semester is going to end and the winter vacation is
coming. There are some notices for you.
1.Don't leave expensive items in your room when you leave
for traveling.
2.Please turn off and unplug all the electric devices and
make sure the windows and the door are locked.
3.You may sign up for the Chinese New Year’s Eve (22th,
Jan) dinner on the paper in the elevator before the 16th
that is held by the Student Housing Service Division.
4.The restaurant will be closed from Jan 21th to Jan 29th.
5.The convenient store will be closed from 6pm on Jan 20th
to 7am on Jan 30th.
6.The renovation company will renew the outlets which are
on your desk from Jan 30th to Feb 2th. The schedule is
as follow:
Jan 30th F10、F11
Jan 31th F8、F9
Feb 1st F6、F7
Feb 2nd F2、F4、F5
7.Please respond to this e-mail as soon as possible if
there is anything in your room needed to fix, such as
mosquito net hooks, lights, water seepage, mold and…etc.
8.Dorm counselor or janitor will lead the workers to
repair your room.
9.There will be a water cut during 8am to 12pm on Jan 31th
because of the cleaning of the water tower.
