Dear all: 以下幾點事情，叮嚀各位舍胞 Please note the following information: (1)宿舍門禁系統將於9/23(五)下午四點開始啟用，請大家用學生證刷卡進出，原國青舊 舍胞不用再另行設定，可用學生證進出，新的國青舍胞，輔導員已將這兩周報到同學的學 號輸入門禁系統，若用學生證進出有問題，請再找輔導員重設定。 The access control system on each floor will be started on September 25th 4pm; you can use your student ID card to enter your floor. For students who live in GuoQing before, you don’t need set entrance again. For those who new move in GuoQing this semester, the dorm counselor already setting your student ID card to access control system. If you have any problem entering the building, you can look for dorm counselor to reset again. (2)9/28(三)與9/29(四)兩天實驗林要到各間寢室裝床腳防護，工作時間是每日 9:00~12:00、13:00~17:00。宿舍兩位工友會協助廠商開門安裝，星期三會從11F開始施作 ，依廠商速度將於兩日內將所有樓層完成，請同學注意。 September 28th (Wednesday) and September (Thursday) the construction company is going to install the protection of the bed angle. Working time is 9:00~12:00 and 13:00~17:00 each day. Please kindly put your valuable property in a locked place and the Janitors, Ms Liu & Mr. Lin, will accompany the mechanics to go through all the processes. It will start on 11F and finish in two days. (3)有在地下室電影院放東西的舍胞，請最晚於9/27(二)晚上六點前將東西領回，本周末 可找保全開門領取，廠商將於下周三施作電影院的更新工程，逾期未領的東西，輔導員將 會另行處理，請舍胞盡快領回，感謝配合。 If you put any stuff on the basement movie theater before, please take your stuff before September 27th 6pm. On the weekend you can ask front counter security guard to help you open the theater door. Movie Theater is going to renewed on September 28th. The dorm counselor will clean all stuff which hasn ’t taken before deadline. Thanks for cooperation. (4)各樓層交誼廳的無線網路已裝設完成，同學可帶筆電至交誼廳使用。 The lounge room on each floor has wireless; you can bring your laptop access the internet there. (5)電視第四台廠商尚未完成線路安裝，預計將於這兩周會施工，待第四台安裝完成，會 再公告同學。 TV on each floor haven’t install cable TV, it’s going to setup in these two week. The dorm counselor will announce it when it done. (6)為維護宿舍環境整潔，並確保持緊急逃生路線暢通無阻，請各位舍胞勿將鞋櫃、鞋子 、個人物品及其他雜物放在走廊上，影響清潔人員的打掃，及逃生路線的阻礙，下周起我 們會請工友定期巡視走廊的鞋子及雜物，謝謝大家共同維護宿舍的住宿品質。 Hallways, walkways and stairs are to be kept clear of equipment, furniture, garbage, personal property and other obstacles that might obstruct passage during emergencies. Corridors and fire fighting equipment must remain free of all obstacles. The janitor is going to clean the stuff on the hallway next week, please keep dorm environment clean and safety together. (7) 宿舍訪客時間為早上九時至晚上十時，請記得帶訪客在一樓押證件，訪客探訪須由住 宿生陪同，住宿生並須對所邀請的訪客的行為負責。 Residents may only invite visitors to the dorm during the visitation hours between 9 a.m. to 10p.m. Residents are required to ensure that the visitors have their names registered at the front counter. Residents shall accompany their visitors throughout their visits to the dorm and be responsible for the acts of their visitors. (8)需要煮食的舍胞，請勿在房間內煮食，請至宿舍6F、8F、10F靠大浴室那側的流理台可 使用，下周生治會會將微波爐及電鍋放在此處，每次煮食後應將爐具及器皿清潔妥 當。 Cooking is not allowed in the room. On the 6F、8F、10F has sink and microwave and automatic cooker(Machines will be put next week ). Residents are advised to clean up the cooking equipment and utensils every time after cooking. (9)晚上十一點至早上七點為宿舍的安靜時段請各位舍胞降低音量，互相尊重隱私、閱讀 及休息時間，以免對其他舍胞造成騷擾。 The period between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. is regarded as Quiet Hours of the dorm. Notwithstanding this, residents shall at any time lower their noise level so as not to cause any disturbance to other residents. Residents are advised to respect their flatmates’ right to enjoy privacy, study time and rest. (10)請大家愛護地球，節約能源，離開房間時記得關閉冷氣、電燈、電扇及抽風機等的電 源。 Residents should make their best efforts to save energy and coordinate on using of the facilities in the room/flat. In particular, residents are required to turn off the air-conditioners, lights and exhaust fan etc. when leaving the flat. 國青宿舍GuoQing Dorm --
