tangent plate 的法向量是 (-3,8,-1)
而 surface 的 tangent plate 的通式為 -6x'(x-x')-4y'(y-y')-(z-z') = 0
是故因為法向量要一樣
所以 (-3,8,-1)t=(-6x',-4y',-1)
所以 x'=1/2,y'=-2, 代回surface z'=-3/4
所以 the point is (1/2,-2,-3/4)
