Due to our continuing expansion in the Taiwan market, we are offering summer internship programs in the following five divisions: 1. Consolidated Equity Consolidated Equity most commonly trades Equity securities (stocks). The two main product areas within Equities are Core Equity and Equity Derivatives. 2. Equity Research Equity Research analysts model and forecast the factors influencing financial instruments. They provide sophisticated quantitative and qualitative analysis to both internal and external clients. 3. Firm Management Firm Management promotes cross selling across divisions, assists with business development and planning strategic initiatives, and helps to promote and maintain healthy regulator and governmental relations. 4. Investment Banking Investment Banking advises corporations and governments on various financing and strategic issues. It gets involved in a variety of projects including mergers & acquisitions, flotations, privatization, raising finance and issuing shares. 5. Private Wealth Management This is a specialized area of asset management (fund management) and has been dedicated to serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and their intermediaries.
