What will be the likely impact of the rupee depreciation on India's exports and imports? How will the GDP and inflation behave when rupee depreciates? 6.(10%) Suppose the U.S. net foreign debt is 25 percent of U.S. GDP and foreign assets and liabilities pay an interest rate of 5 percent per year.
