標題有關重訓

最近開始做一些增強肌力肌耐力的運動
又開始想了
打桌球主要的使力來源 是腰 二頭肌 大腿 小腿
(還有其他地方 歡迎補足)
那做哪些重訓的動作 可以對打桌球(也就是增強上述這些肌肉)有幫助?
會po這篇文章
主要是覺得我的腰力很差 可能是我拉球練不起來的原因之一
(或是根本不會用腰力打球)
