FE (Freshman English) teachers won't be allowed to do this. You may need to go
to one of those FE classes which still have vacancy. You are required to show
up at the first class. Otherwise, you may lose another chance.
Only transfer students and those who need to retake Freshman English can apply
for Vicky Hsu's class by sending their application forms to the office of
Foreign Language Department.
