MIS Fall 2010 - Midterm Examine
You may answer the following question in English or Chinese. Please control
your answer for each question within one page.
1. Please compare and contrast the following three theories. TPB, IDT and TAM
2. Please try to explain the relationship between perceived behavioral
control and self-efficacy.
3. If task and technology doesn’t fit, what we can do to maintain a high
level performance?
4. Please use one example to illustrate why expectation can generate both
positive and negative impact on satisfaction. In the example you provide,
which effect surpass the other? Why?
5. Please try to describe the causal relationships among three types of
social capital (structural social capital, relational social capital, and
cognitive social capital).
