Is there one lion near the river? : _____, there are three lions near the river. : 這兩題的答案你們會怎麼填？ : 我是第1題填Yes，第2題填No : 因為我覺得第1題是問「事實」，而非強調「數字」 我兩個都No 第二題基本上是沒問題的 而第一題題目這樣子其實跟第二題並沒有區別開來 真要區別的話 第一題應該改成Is there any lion near the river? 或Are there lions near the river? 如此答案選填Yes才有相對(跟第二題比)意義 個人同意鼎詔說的「事實」「數字」說法 : 意思等同於 Are there (any) lions near the river? : 不過有別的老師說兩題都是No，但也有老師和我持一樣看法 : 以前的國編本和翰林的教手兩題都是寫No : 但朗文的教手第1題寫Yes : 真是莫衷一是！ : 大家的看法呢？ : 有沒有學校有外籍老師可以問問看的？ : 還有一題 : A: What's in the pencil box? : B: __________ : (A) Pens and erasers (B) There are pens and erasers : 正確答案給(A)而不是(B) : 大家覺得咧？ : 是不是(B)也可以阿？ 我只選A 因為There is/are在文法上還需要後接地方(in/on/at,etc.+地點場所)做補語 故若要選B 則應改成There are pens and erasers in the pencil box. 個人意見 請多包含 : by疑惑的詔子 --
