我們學校一年級用翰林佳音
最近教到There is / are的句型
想問問我們班的文法魔人們
1. Is there a lion near the river?
_____, there are three lions near the river.
2. Is there one lion near the river?
_____, there are three lions near the river.
這兩題的答案你們會怎麼填？
我是第1題填Yes，第2題填No
因為我覺得第1題是問「事實」，而非強調「數字」
意思等同於 Are there (any) lions near the river?
不過有別的老師說兩題都是No，但也有老師和我持一樣看法
以前的國編本和翰林的教手兩題都是寫No
但朗文的教手第1題寫Yes
真是莫衷一是！
大家的看法呢？
有沒有學校有外籍老師可以問問看的？
還有一題
A: What's in the pencil box?
B: __________
(A) Pens and erasers (B) There are pens and erasers
正確答案給(A)而不是(B)
大家覺得咧？
是不是(B)也可以阿？
