Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games. 兩隊對都共同遭遇過的球隊的對戰成績, 勝率高者晉級 4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference. 兩隊對同一聯會球隊的對戰成績, 勝率高者晉級 5. Strength of victory. 贏的對手的強弱度, 這條跟下一條好像是這兩年才加進來的, NFL現在會看各隊遭遇 的對手來判定該隊今年的schedule 難不難打, 比方說一隊都是贏Bengals, Texans這種 肉腳, 而輸Packers, Buccaneers這種強隊, 那就比較沒有晉級優勢 6. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed. 這條也不會, 因為不知combined ranking的定義 9. Best net points in common games. 兩隊比跟共同對手的比賽的得分, 得分者多晉級 10. Best net points in all games. 兩隊比所有16場比賽的得分, 得分多者晉級 11.
