經比較容易受到傷害？

【Hint】耳顳神經是mandibular nerve的第一個分支，從mandibular nerve trunk一分出
來就直接往後走，並分成兩個分支環繞middle meningeal artery，兩個分支隨後於middle
meningeal artery後方會合，並走在mandibular neck的內側。到了mandibular neck後方
，神經會由內而外繞過mandibular neck，向外進入parotid gland。因此當下顎骨頸斷裂
時，環繞其後方的耳顳神經是最容易受到傷害的神經。
