Notice for Signaling Transduction Lecture (97 Fall)
(Pin Ling, 12-30-2008)
1. I will give a 90 min talk to briefly cover the basic concepts in
"Signaling Transduction and Trageted Therapy".
2. To encourage the involvement from students and to cover more topics, we
will divide students into four groups to present four different signaling
topics. Remember! This is teamwork.
3. The talk will be only 20 minutes. Please just deliver the key points to
give an overview instead of many details.
4. The topics are listed below for your references. You can pick up a topic
from them or choose your own topic and articles if you like. Please DO NOT
repeat the same topic with others.
(1) Lymphocyte Antigen receptor signaling
(2) Toll-like receptor signaling
(3) Interferon (IFN) signaling
(4) mTOR signaling
(5) Apoptosis
(6) Autophagy and immunity
(7) Targeted therapy
(8) Ubiquitination
