Instructions for 20101125 Infection and Immunity class
有三篇GAS相關的papers,請同學分成三組(各6,6,4人),每組負責主導一篇的討論
(background, rationale, experimental results, discussion, unanswered
questions),
不需要用ppt
每位同學手上都要有這三篇papers,
三篇都要讀過,主導的那組成員請多與同學互動
第一堂課我會先給lecture,所以
每篇paper只有15分鐘的討論時間,時間很緊湊要掌握好
一組（4人）負責The CXC Chemokine-degrading Protease SpyCep of Streptococcus
pyogenes Promotes Its Uptake into Endothelial Cells
另外三負責以下兩篇（有一組需拆開，各分2人到其他2組，每組6人）
（6人）Invasion of Endothelial Cells by Tissue-invasive M3 Type Group A
Streptococci Requires Src Kinase and Activation of Rac1 by a
Phosphatidylinositol 3-Kinase-independent Mechanism
（6人）Specific Behavior of Intracellular Streptococcus pyogenes That Has
Undergone Autophagic Degradation Is Associated with Bacterial Streptolysin O
and Host Small G Proteins Rab5 and Rab7
