It reminds of people who once said to me, He is an ‘alien’ a different being. It makes me static and cerebrate upon, Does these noble opined upon? Moment a question bobbles in my mind, Defying my identity, belying their thoughts. Am I an Indian or an American breed, Whether a Chinese or a Taiwanese geek. Race is African or an English creed, Or am I someone much above ‘these’. We call the people black or white, Colored, wheat-ish, pale or bright. We treat them as… Hindus & Muslims, Classify them Christians & Buddhist. Kill each other in name of god, land and region, caste & war. Crushing their feelings, views and smiles, Bayoneted for revenge and god. Is this the way we are meant to be treated, Used as bait for selfish wishes. We say we came from Adam & Eve, So, aren’t we all equal indeed. Life is more than a race for greed, Lust, fight and hatred feast.
