With the rules as written, you can channel any touch spell you know.So you would be able to channel any other touch spell you have from any other spell list, including your wizard spell list or your divine caster list. Psionics would not necessarily work this way though, since they are not spells. If the DM wants psionics to work in this way, they will have to make a house rule for their campaign.
