同學：
上次課輔跟大家更正了一個數字（作業第一題）
可能會誤導到同學作答
因為當我出題時原意是要把A、B兩個人是否要歸扣一併出盡題目
但是因為我的疏忽，沒有讓丙有死亡或喪失繼承權等代位繼承發生之情事
現在更正太晚了，跟同學說聲抱歉
因此，不論同學將A、B依代位繼承的問題處理與否，都會給分
謝謝同學提醒，謝謝大家都有認真上課！
非常感動
另外，提醒期末考試，要注意繼承法上的原則、性質、法理
課輔都有強調過的
歸扣也很重要，但也不要偏廢上述部分
