于老師國企的 syllabus 我已放在FTP上，會修到的同學可自行先下載。
今年跟去年有幾點不同：
1.上課時間是週三早上
2.課本是：Cavusgil, T., Knight, G. and J. Riesenberger ,
International Business:Strategy, Management,and the New Realities
四個個案：EMI and the CT Scanner (A)
Motorola in China
Jollibee Foods Corporation (A)
Nora-Sakari: A Proposed Joint Venture in Malaysia
3.個案討論必須分組討論，並在上課前繳交各組討論的結果。分組人數syllabus上
寫四人一組。
4.十七次上課，依舊有期中期末考。<---考古題無效，老師說的。 Orz
