Well, the pain these days is being felt by the entire Pistons squad, which suffered a 104-92 loss to the New York Knicks on Sunday, a game in which they trailed by as many as 29 points in the first half. Detroit coach Michael Curry is looking to make a lineup change, and there's a good chance that change will involve Stuckey being inserted into the starting lineup, according to Michigan Live. He has started three games this season — all Detroit wins — and has averaged 11.7 points and 4.3 assists while averaging 26.7 minutes per game. Although Curry said he hasn't made any decision on who will start or when a change might occur, he did acknowledge that putting Stuckey with the team's core starters — Richard Hamilton, Allen Iverson, Tayshaun Prince and Rasheed Wallace — is under consideration. "I'm ready for whatever," said Stuckey, who helped Detroit come within five points of the Knicks in the fourth quarter. "Whatever (Curry) throws at me, I'm ready. I'm going to be starting in this league one day. I might as well start early and learn and get ready to lead the team." He already has shown the ability to guide the Pistons. Curry calls out a significant number of sets for the current group of starters to run. But when Stuckey's on the floor, he leaves most of the play-calling to the second year guard.
