Teams are now limited in the salary they can offer in an offer sheet to a
restricted free agent with one or two years in the league. The first-year
salary in the offer sheet cannot be greater than the Non-Taxpayer Mid-Level
exception
別的球隊對一、二年級生提出的 offer sheet，首年薪資不得超過全額中產。

換句話說，Gilbert Arena 條款的精神還是被保留下來了：為了讓球隊能夠順利
續簽成功的二輪新秀；但是，如果母隊只有小中產(3M)，而該球員的offer sheet
首年薪資大於 3M，母隊會留不住人。
結論：以 Jeremy Lin 的狀況來說，只要尼克想要他，他就百分之百得留下。
