標題[2K11] benchmark問題...不能update

我是PC的2k11
今天剛買了準備想玩
但是不能連上網
一開始進去nba
他就顯示了
WE are not measured your performance with the current video setting.
The video quality of all online games will be very low until you run the
Performance Benchmark features in the video settings menu under options.
我用了video option 裡面的benchmark performance
但是電腦卻顯示
performance benchmarking has been aborted.
your performance rating will not be affected.
想請問一下到底是哪裡出了問題?
我有CD KEY
卻連上網都上不了
有人跟我一樣的問題嘛
