歐洲盟邦幫烏克蘭採購的美國軍火
川普政府已經首次批准了前兩批次，每批五億美元
這是由美國國防部政策次長 Elbridge Colby 簽署
透過 烏克蘭優先需求清單 Priority Ukraine Requirements List (PURL)
這個美國與歐洲協調出的機制，提供給烏克蘭的軍援
消息並未向媒體透露軍援內容，只知道有包含防空
