標題[問題] 檢查報告內容(內容不符會自刪)

朋友的媽媽最近到醫院做口腔切片檢查
拿到的報告如下(尚未給醫生做診斷)
病理診斷:
pithelial hyperplasia with hyperkeratosis and acanthosis, clinically
leukoplakia, oral cavity, buccal mucosa, right, biopsy.
病理報告:
Specimen received, labeled as right buccal mucosa, consists of 2 fragment of
grayish tan formalin fixed tissue, measuring up to 0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1cm in size.
The specimen is submitted totally for section.
Microscopic Examination:
The section reveals hyperplasia of squamous epithelium with hyperkeratosis,
acanthosis and chronic inflammatory cells infiltration in submucosa.
朋友目前很緊張, 不知道這樣子的報告內容代表的意思是什麼?
有人可以告知一下嗎? 感謝幫忙, 謝謝
