以下節錄自FINA的競賽規則
SW 7 BREASTSTROKE
SW 7.4 During each complete cycle, some part of the swimmer's head shall
(略)
Interpretation:
A dolphin kick is not part of the cycle and is only permitted at the start
and turn whilst the arms are pulling back to the legs or after the arm pull
whilst wholly submerged followed by a breaststroke kick.
翻譯:
出發與轉身時, (其他時間是不允許的)
當手還在向後划的過程中 或者 划完以後, (但都必須要在水下)
在踢蛙腳之前,
可以作一次蝶腰.
