~~急徵~~
去年在這個版上有徵到一位優秀的機械工程師
不過他今年農曆年後要上班的時候，由於職涯考量 所以婉拒了這份工作
因此 我又來徵才了
也因此這個職缺變成了"急徵"
簡單的介紹這份工作
其後後來發現 對方年資可以放寬到3-5年
英文程度比較沒那好的人 沒關係 會建議先考一個多益
3個月後再考一次 希望可以有進步的空間
這間公司教育訓練 還不錯
記得當初錄取的那位 還沒來上班 就已經幫他安排出國參加活動一切事宜
未來也有機會去上海接受教育訓練
這間公司 在刀具界 滿有名的 品質很好 當然產品價格也比較高
希望有興趣得大大 可以投履歷給我 (有認識的介紹也可以)
我最近找人找得快瘋了 XD
希望您是 會使用CAD/CAM
能夠設計刀具(有相關經驗就可以了)
這是一個幫客戶量身定做刀具的業務兼工程師的職缺
英文普通(和總部聯繫的讀和寫要看得懂)就可以了
可是台語要好喔~~ 因為客戶大都是台灣本土產業
年資三年左右

工作內容
1.Together visit with Sales Person, to find, analysis, evaluate the
possibilities to design the special tailor made Custom Tooling and Total
Solution, Our goal is to improve customer production performance and
efficiency.
2.Base on the company global resources to make CAD drawings, compare
different solutions, take CAM simulations and conduct best solution and
prepare proposal for customers within a limited time.
3.Coordinate with production segment and provide the delivery schedule for
Sales person and customers.
4.On Site inspection test, modify, repair or re-design is necessary if needed.
5.Communication, coordination and cooperation with internal staff and
customer technical issue by verbal or documentation.
6.Take training courses from company group, and conduct training for
customers and company internal people.
7.Frequently Taiwan local transportation is necessary, oversea business trip
also required.
8.Do things in independently way. Self learning and self motivation is
required.
工作要求
At least 5 years machining (機械加工製造) and tooling (刀具) design or
related working experience. Had experience to analysis/design/implement and
independent working for customer special tooling with successful and proven
record.
Performance evaluation base on:
a. Successful order intake Ratio. Means the new order generated by your
working.
b. Total amount of the project you designed.
c. Your attitude that Feedback from customer and sales person.
d. Your growth, from knowledge, skill, communication and potential.\
10. Training Program
a. Will have chance to Shanghai for technical training.
b. Will have chance to Sweden Headquarter for technical training.
c. You may asked to sign 3 years contract before you take the long time
training (continuous 6 months oversea training).
11. Benefit
a. Company insurance.
b. 13 months salary guarantee with variable bonus.
c. Company tour/outing, special bonus for Chinese new year, dragon boat
festival and moon festival.
d. Oversea training and local external training programs.
e. Flexible Working Time.
12. Probation
a. 3 + 3 months probation.
b. Oversea training program will conducted when staff passed the probation
period and willing to sign 3 years contract.
