Barea. “I love it. “The thing it does is brings a little of that experience throughout the locker room, spread it out a little bit so we can push this thing, push it the right way.” Chandler returned via trade this summer. Barea was signed to the veteran-minimum contract on Wednesday, after negotiating a buyout with Minnesota. Barea finished with 4 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists in 18 minutes as the Mavericks blew out a tired Utah team. Not bad for a guy who has yet to have his first full practice with his new teammates.
