As for any other present, Kidd shouldn’t hold his breath. Carlisle said there ’s no schedule for getting Kidd a game off the rest of the way, although that remains a possibility. “We’ll talk about that internally as time goes on,” he said. “It’s going to be how he’s feeling and the minutes situation.
