Chandler will sit out a third consecutive game with a sprained right ankle. He was hopeful of returning, but the Mavs are playing it cautious as they play a string of five games in seven nights that ends with the Los Angeles Lakers on Saturday night. Monday night is the third game of the stretch. The Mavs are 1-1 without Chandler during this stint and 2-3 without him overall this season. Chandler is averaging 10.4 points and 9.4 rebounds.
