He had four games in a row over 20 points and despite scoring just seven in the win at Houston, he also had seven assists. That has put Terry in position to start championing his status as the league's premier sixth man. "Maybe I can put a stranglehold back on that sixth-man award,'' he said. "Hopefully people will start talking about it.'' Terry is convinced that the Mavericks' bench is "second to none,'' but he doesn't feel the reserves get the credit that they are due. "When we get to the Finals and win it all, then everybody will realize what we mean to this team,'' he said.
