David de Gea - 7 Did fine whenever called upon as Newcastle engineered the odd opening to work the Spaniard. Antonio Valencia - 5 Solid and unspectacular. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants the full-backs to get forward but Valencia seldom did that on his return. Victor Lindelof - 8 (這四場表現不錯!! Defended with composure again against the physical might of Salomon Rondon. Effortlessly regained his form since returning from injury. Phil Jones - 6 Gifted Newcastle two chances within a minute but atoned for the second with an impeccable challenge on Rondon. Luke Shaw - 7 Could have done more to supplement the attack but seemed overly wary of DeAndre Yedlin capitalising. Defensively excellent. Nemanja Matic - 6 Too risk-aversive with his passing and helped Newcastle kill time by pointlessly delaying the match so Mohamed Diame could be assessed. Ander Herrera - 6 Alert enough but a downgrade on recent form. Solskjaer urged him to get further forward but he was often behind the play. Paul Pogba - 6 Targeted by Newcastle's hatchet men but refused to be cowed. Guilty of squandering the odd opening. Juan Mata - 5 A dubious selection given how well Jesse Lingard supplements the United attack and his positioning frustrated the coaches. Anthony Martial - 5 There was the odd threat but Martial seemed fixed rather than freer without Lingard encouraging intuitive movement in attack. Substituted. Marcus Rashford - 8 (好樣的!!! His hold-up play and movement was often outstanding and he was the most switched-on of the United attackers. His free-kick made the goal and then he scored. Subs Romelu Lukaku - 8 (連兩場進球!!! 這你敢信????
