David de Gea - 8 (神腸救了曼聯!!!! His save at the Anfield Road End bettered his agile dive at The Kop a year ago. One of the few who looked unfazed by the occasion. Antonio Valencia - 6 Disciplined at right-back but showed little appetite to supplement Ashley Young and gang up on Liverpool's left-back Alberto Moreno. Phil Jones - 7 Another excellent performance. United's best outfield player and did not seem to miss regular partner Eric Bailly. Chris Smalling - 7 (只有我覺得很抖嗎?? His mini revival continues. Was secure alongside his friend Jones and led commendably from the back. Matteo Darmian - 6 Mirrored Valencia on the other wing. Mohamed Salah rarely humiliated him and the Italian kept close tabs on the Liverpool winger. Ashley Young - 5 A surprise starter on the right and although he had the beating of Moreno he did not get at him anywhere near often enough and his crossing was poor. Nemanja Matic - 6 Did not get a stranglehold of the game and easily beaten by Roberto Firmino for Joel Matip's chance. Might have missed Marouane Fellaini. Ander Herrera - 5 (今天不在狀態 Aggressive throughout yet lacked composure on the ball and was too easily rattled by Martin Atkinson's refereeing. Henrikh Mkhitaryan - 3 (我覺得這分數太嚴苛了 今天根本沒人跟他配合 Was caught out in No Man's Land too often. The game passed him by and Mkhitaryan lacked incision when he received the ball. Anthony Martial - 5 (今天過人不犀利啊 Tracked back well a couple of times and sporadically threatened Liverpool right-back Joe Gomez. Not as threatening as he has been. Romelu Lukaku - 3 (看來這記者今天7pupu XDDDDDD Isolated for the majority and didn't get on the ball enough. Got frustrated and lashed out before he squandered a chance. Subs Jesse Lingard - 5 Applied some pressure but barely got on the ball. Marcus Rashford - 5 Hardly an improvement on Martial.
